HISTORY
The Rosvall Auction Company was founded by Charles W.
and Opal M. Rosvall in 1940, as an Auction Company in Denver,
Colorado. Charles R. (Rick) Rosvall, their son, bought into the
Rosvall Auction Company in 1972. The company maintained weekly
auctions at the Broadway location from 1946 until October, 2002.
Expert personal property appraisals were performed by Charles and
Rick. Real estate appraisals were also one of the company’s
previous operations.
As the Rosvall Auction Company
evolved, Rick has remained a member in good
standing with the International Society of Appraisers for 20 years,
as well as Member of the National Auctioneer’s Association, and the
Colorado Auctioneer's Association.
In 2002 Rick and Joan Rosvall
were married. R & J Rosvall Fine Used Furniture was born. Rick
and Joan together specialize in personal property appraisals. They
own and manage the Fine Used Furniture Store on South Broadway.
